Haven't posted in awhile, sup... but this deserves a visit and post. One of the most sound and true statements I have heard in this Congressional political debate. If the political will and media hype steer this in to passing law, there will be an uprising of citizens this country has not seen in generations. Im not envisioning riots or that sort of thing, but they will be organized and filled with belief. No doubt about it, by this point you have made up your mind, whether you are for it or against it.

Enjoy the message, even if you agree to disagree.

He uses the same old mother argument at the end. He makes a lot of good points about the flaws of government healthcare.

As soon as you choose to interpret taxing benefits and taxing the rich more than the poor as "punishment", there's really nothing left to discuss.

The way about half of America looks at taxation and public amenities sets us apart from the rest of the First World by quite some distance.

We don't really have the right mindset for socialization to work here....  yet.  It might take another Great Depression before we figure out what most of the First World already has.

Until then, good luck, and don't get sick.
