Doesn't your insurance get cheaper once your turn 25?
I had mine since I was 16 and im 17 right now so I had it for about a year and a half.
based off years having your license - 16 or 46, if you're getting your lience for the 1st time you are an in-experienced driver and a in-experienced driver is a factor they take in consideration in your quote

correct

also in consideration is make and model - if the car is wrecked and damaged, how cheap are parts for this particular car

also a side note - age doesn't matter on insurance quote

if you're 16 or 46 and just getting your license for the 1st time ---  you are an in-experienced driver and will be quoted the same
I find that hard to believe.

Certainly not the case over here. Both are factors.
Here <21 get hit hard.
Male get hit harder.
22-24 get hit (male a little more).
25+ but <2 years on licence get small excess.

I think I did a quote the other day with Nationwide and I'm pretty certain I got like $400 a month using my own info with my dad's Ford Expedition.

@SEREMAKER I'm pretty sure it does vary. In Maryland we have a very strict driver's ed program. 30 hours of in-class instruction and 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction (more than can be said for other states). You can't do it online, you HAVE to show up in person to classes.

I guess I should have stated this based off NC insurance and not affiliated with other states - each states has their own thing - in the past TN did not require insurnace

NC also has a mandtory drivers ed class and at 15 get on a " permit " - you can drive only with someone with a full drivers license .. then at 16 upgrade to a 2nd class drivers liecense where you can drive only from the hours of 6am to 9pm and anything after 9pm is only allowed from going from work to home then at 18 you're on a full license

Age 27.

Right now it's 553 € or 787 $ a year.

In 2-3 months (hopefully) it'll be up to 2187 € (3111 $)

Mines $530 every six months I think. I'm about to cut it down another 15% percent if I take one of those defensive driving courses, and another 15% if I pull my gpa to 3.0.

Yeah I just did a quote with Nationwide and it was $445 a month. Not cheap but what can you expect for a teen driver? Once I actually have a GPA in college I can probably get a smart student discount. I might also do the online courses that they have. I think both of those give a small discount.
