Kindly build me a PC

I need a new pc, mainly used as a server/workstation, Just running a virtual machine and sql server so 8GB of RAM.

Budget is £500, quite/enery efficiant as possible would be good and no need for any fancy stuff. Overclockers/Ebuyer are good.

no OS needed, using windows server 08

I kinda expected MORE from this place, with the computer enthusiats around here... Yeah you can built it at Dell.com but you pay allot more for allot less, That is one of the main reasons computer focused people BUILD machines.

Well, it's not that hard to build one yourself... all you need to do is make sure everything is compatible... Sometimes it helps to try it yourself, then come here asking for advice/anything you missed...

go through Dell configuration and order the parts elsewhere. Basically Del will tell you what is compatible and what is not.

I am able to sort all that out, I know the principles of computer hardware, Im an apple engineer, I know how to do it. What i dont know is the best conponents for the required usage and the bests parts, as conponent development changes and I havnt kept ontop.
