Oh, I don't know.. suppose they want to keep the same name?

Now if they provide a way to CHANGE the name(and KEEP their stats), then we're in business.

Huh?  How does this work?  What happens if I say (obviously i'm not), hey, i'm {TA} Firestorm or Blazing.uk - I would like my stats reset!  Are there procedures to confirm you are who you say you are?  I doubt the interface at support.ea.com can do any verification!

Or possibly CD-Key that was registered once account created...Something hard to guess
