Is the M240B a shit gun or is it just me? Have to fire off like 7 shots before the thing settles, but then 2 bullets later it's spreading everywhere. Even bounces up a whole lot with a bipod down.
And despite having the suppression perk on, I'll spray at someone 10m away and take them down to 2% health before they turn around and waste me.

M240 is a great gun. I burst fire all the time, rarely spray. Unless you want that massive initial spread.

I love LMGs, and the support is my most played class. Did fine with all the other guns, just the M240B was giving me trouble. In any case, moved on to the M60, last Support gun I need all the attachments for.
I'm enjoying the m1014 with the extended mag, slugs and the acog/6x rifle scope. then i carry the m26 with flechettes for the up close and the scoped 44mag. it's a fun combo.
Well with the M240 I run around with the Tac 1911 until I deploy the thing where I can cover an area. I like to sneak up behind the enemy set up my bipod and wait until I can get a nice streak. I never run and gun with any LMG except the RPK and M27.mtb0minime wrote:

Since the only thing you can find with any number of people on a server is metro (360) it's fucking easymode.

I couldn't equip the extended mag for the MG36 or QBB-95 last night for some reason. Wasn't in the options anymore.
Only LMG that seems to suffer real issues with the bipod is the QJY-88. I'm assuming you can't fire immediately after deployment, because you literally couldn't hit a barn with it until after a few seconds.

All assault rifles, shotguns, carbines, lmgs and sniper rifles service starred. 4 pistols to go. Fuck the igla and stinger. Not gonna try and star them. I've got over 50 kills on two of the pistols as well. Should have then starred within a couple of days.
