I have a passively cooled HD5670 with 800MHz GDDR3 RAM.

This is my setup:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD Athlon II 640 4x 3.0GHz
Corsair 8GB DDR3 RAM 1333MHz
Asus M4A78LT-M
ATI Radeon HD 5670 1024MB


I play on 1920*1080 with most settings on medium. Low shadows, lowest AA setting, blur disabled.
I get 40-45 FPS, rarely under 35.


So, with the HD5770 being much better than the 5670, I assume you should be able to play this game fine.

I gave my mate my old HD4870 (basically same performance as a 5770) and he gets a constant 50fps on medium @ 1080p (with an overclocked Q6600)

I've been using the Acog and the other X4 scope on the bolt action snipers, but I wouldnt mind something with a bit more range, but not as crazy as the 8x and 12x.

I have one with a 955 @ 4.1.  I play at lower resolution to increase FPS but at 1080p I get 60~ on BF3 maps and 50~ on B2k.

I one of those people who like to run recon and get right in the middle of the action.  One of my favor points on Caspian Border is the Hill.  I love trying to take it as a sniper picking people off who want to camp at the top.  Fun as hell to me.

It works nicely for rush, to do it on EZ mode use a PDW instead of a sniper. I've been trying to do well using a sniper though.
