When you are revived, you're immediately alive again and are simply given the option to continue your life, or respawn but with the death counting on your score. The pistol is for self defense and/or to clear the area before you get up (accept and have no death penalty). In order to decline the revive, you need to hold it for a few seconds. Also account for the lag of the game/engine, it usually takes a good 4-5 seconds for me to 'decline revive and die' and if its in a middle of a firefight, I'm usually re-killed sooner (still only counts as one death).

Really fucking annoying that if you get DC'd from a server you lose all that progress. Had like 5000 points racked up and the server crashed, got deranked and lost a shit load of progress on the recon class. what the fuck

If you can't kill something in the air with the ground mobile AA then you're either incredibly bad or incredibly unlucky. That thing can kill any vehicle in a couple of bursts. One if from behind. Yes, even tanks.

The AA tank yes...the stationary AA blows on Dav Peak...at least on ps3. Carrier AA works better for some reason.

And if I said I get X's then obv I do not suck because it is hitting the damn thing.

Might the carrier AA work better because it's, I dunno, a different weapon? I'm pretty sure the damage values of mobile AA and stationary cannon AA are exactly the same, and you even get a bonus.. invincibility.

I agree (on PC) that the AA can feel weak at times. Once a while it's just a single burst and a brand new helikeli/jet is on the ground in pieces. Then again you need over a 10s straight in the face shootout and nothing happens. Weirrrrrd. Maybe it's because both the pilot and the gunner have some repair unlocks n' stuff on?
