I will be getting an XIM3 mouse & keyboard adapter for my Xbox 360. So I'll have the lower-end graphics, less players per mutliplayer match, and generally more retarded player base, but I'll be getting the whole thing $500 cheaper than if I got a computer. $500 is worth the experience but I can't afford it.

XIM3 enabled me to get a console. I suck at controllers (compared to what I used to pull off with a M&K.)

And that's fine. You don't know you're missing anything because you've never had it before I guess. But if I sat you down infront of my 2233RZ (Samsung monitor that does 120Hz) on a game like CS:S or CoD4 with the FPS at 120 (well, 125 for CoD, but that's a different story) you'd change your mind pretty sharpish.

I never notice FPS unless it gets super low. Maybe it's just because I'm not an asshole like Finray though.

You on the XIM forums?   I've been XIM'ing for over a year now.  Helped me bridge the gap to BF3 so I saved a ton of money on m new PC build.

While the XIM was totally awesome and made the console playable for me it still doesn't hold up to PC's feel (that's why I'm back).

I know that weird FragFX mouse controller thing I had, had at least a half-second response time, made it totally useless.
