Weather is nice and it's time to start detailing again.   My wife's black BMW 325i was looking pretty bad, the swirls were out of control so I fixed it all up.

The first series are before and afters of the swirl removal process, the car hasn't been polished and sealed yet

I used a PC 7424 Dual action polisher and the process and compounds as follows,

Wash and clay
Meguiar's Pro Fine cut compound w/ black finishing pad
Meguiar's Pro Machine glaze + Adam's Revive polish 50/50 mix w/ white polishing pad
Meguiar's Pro Synthetic sealant v2.0 w/ Black finishing pad (2 coats)

Took me 3.5 hours.

I'll never understand the point of detailing a car for a woman, she'll probably just scratch it anyway.

Every time you wash your car tiny bits of dirt and other particles scratch the clear coat ever so slightly, you cant feel them but they show in direct light and reduce the appearance of depth in the paint.

I would definitely details all your cars if you were local.  It's a side business I do because I enjoy it and give me spare money to put into my fun car (the Turbo GSR)

Nice job on the detail work.
I use Zaino Bro's Z-5 to remove cover the fine scratch marks from my car. It is a thick polish which two or three coats will work year round.
