I'm completely stoked for this game. I played the demo of infamous, was a bit lame really. If I want superpowers I want cooler stuff than shooting electricity, I want to get up close n personal and feel almost like a god, thats what this game looks like it oculd achieve

wat. inFamous is fucking brilliant. Probably the best open city game besides GTA series I have played.

ontopic - Prototype is looking pretty interesting, would quite like a demo though tbh, not gunna buy it without playing it first.

inFamous IS brilliant. I'm having a great time exploring Empire city! The parkour/free running is awesome. That's not to say Prototype won't be awesome, PS3 owners are getting two awesome open world action games this summer.

I loved crackdown. That's the only thing inFamous is missing, online co-op. Haha imagine a cole/zeke combo, zeke could use firearms or something.
@Uzique, some of the side missions share a common template, but they never feel the same and the moral scale is a cool gameplay mechanism.

Well i pre-ordered it purely cos it looks so awesome and as I said, I've been waiting for a game that gives you this level of power and lets you do what you want with it. You can take the side of the infected and help to wipe out mankind, or you can take the side of the military and help to save mankind.

Plus the previews seem to be positive

Some of it looks a bit gimmicky. How many times could I watch that helicopter invasion or try to puzzle out how landing on top of a tank blows it up?

I'll get it if I can leave the bystanders in peace.
