My result was almost identical to Oug's. Oddly that puts me closest to the Green Party in Ireland and miles from the party I normally vote for.

EDIT: I got Green first, with BNP and UKIP second and third. However since the latter two are useless, racist cunts, there's no way in hell I'd vote for them.

If the BNP weren't such outright racist bastards with a messed up view of life, they'd probably be a half decent party considering their stance on some of the other things which aren't all that bad. IMO

The reason they do well in these types of things is because of the whole anti-EU thing. There were a bunch of questions about the EU, and if you always vote negatively about it (as I did) then you're always going to be aligned with the BNP/UKIP. The fact that neither party would have the first idea about how to run the government if they came to power doesn't play into it.

Maybe what you guys need is a Libertarian party. That way, they'd be against unification, but at the same time, they wouldn't be racist.

Granted, I don't think it's racist to want your immigrants to properly assimilate into the dominant culture.
