Server Refuses Connection.

OK so today for no reason, i get this message "server refuses connection". I had been playing all day and took a break and now it wont let me login.

Iv reintalled and repatched, but still no joy, it wont even let me retrive my account but i get the same message....ANYONE?????

9/10 computer related problems are solved simply by a restart.

Restart, Reload, Reinstall, Redo it all again.

It dident work, i even trying installing the 1.5, now its totaly fudged. Il have to do another Reinstall tomoro.
