Ha, this reminded me of a major predicament I got myself into a few months ago...
My 2 best friends at uni were girls...lets keep this inline with the OP - girl1 and girl2!
Me and girl1 were best friends, spent loads of time together, eventually it went to more than that.....as in.... I was tapping that shit.
This went on for a few months but eventually my moral sentiment kicked in and I felt bad just having the cake and eating it as it were. (Even though she wanted it) I have weird morals! So we were just normal friends..... and yes, I know how stupid it sounds a uni student turning down regular sex! Girl1 also really wanted to be my girlfriend (another reason why I thought it best to stop the sex) and was quite emotionally attached.
Anyway. Girl2 is ridiculously attractive with a boyfriend (full on geek like me, haha) of 4 years. I've always thought she was shit hot, but I didn't let on.
Me and girl2 didn't talk much as be met by both being friends with girl1. We spent most of our time together as all 3 of us, everyone happy.
This is where it gets interesting! One night me and girl2 were going out to this party, for some reason girl1 didn't want to go, however girl2 and I still went because a mutual friend of ours was going.
We were both nicely lubed up, as it were, with alcohol, we were getting along amazingly. I never knew how much we had in common. We were both so happy.
At the end of the night she confessed she liked me I said I felt the same. Sweeeet!
Days later girl2 told girl1 that she liked me, she thought it was best to. girl1 gives girl2 lots of trouble and grief so I thought I better step in to give another crucial fact, draw some fire (nice bf2 reference there) from girl1. - I told girl1 I liked girl2 back. Shit hits the fan, and was a motherfucking huge shit, and a motherfucking massive fan. Baring in mind girl1 had major feelings for me and girl2 had a boyfriend of 4 years I felt really bad. I didn't want to ruin the friendship. But then again, sometimes you have to put yourself first - me and girl2 both thought we'd have a future together.
That weekend girl2 breaks up with her 4 year boyfriend (major guilt trip I know). And by the end of the next week we were official! wooo. Her boyfriend took it like a champ - major credit and respect to him, unlike girl1 who was a bitch to me.
Current situation: I'm still with girl2. Girl1 won't speak to me. Girl1 and girl2 haven't spoken since the 'incident'.
But everyone's happy...!
Hope someone enjoyed reading that!
