I remember being like, 7 or 8 and beating it and being ecstatic.

God i feel like going and looking at all my pokemon cards now...

nowai bro i had 3 decks as well. i assume there's been a load of new shit released over the last 10 years which obsoletes them though.

1) 3x raindancing blastoise, 4x gyrados, 4 x articuno, 4x lapras
2) 3x damage swapping alakazam, 4x lolwall mr mime, 10+ basics with 90+ HP for damage sponging, 4x pokemon centres
3) Rush deck with 4x hitmonchans, 4x scythers, 4x electabuzz etc.

At age 10 I could beat most of those 30yr old paedophiles with neckbeards who play children's games at the regional card shop.

Okay so lately I've become obsessed with this game
Just wondering if anyone else here plays any of the DS versions.
If you do, post up your friend code and I'll keep a track of them in this thread.

More weird ass things that look more like terminators than animals. I stopped after emerald after having all the legendary at level 100 my dex was full, had like 10 masta balls, and double legendary like two mewtwo/ rayquaza/ latinos whaever the fuck they called.

I had red, yello, silva, crystal, ruby, sapphire, firered, emerald.

and one deck with a few legendary inside.

Platinum is actually a bigger step up from D/P than any of the previous third unnecessary versions were.

I'm pretty sure they've run out ideas by now.  I think the battles have gotten to: "Oh noes, wild Shoe appeared! Go Paperclip!  Use bend attack!

Actually the ones from Gen4 are, in many cases, allot cooler than the ones from Gen1.

But the there were an abnormal number of lame ones in Gen3 I must admit.
