(Please dont consider this a junk thread, i am serious)

Well i think my days of daily fapping are over.

I feel it may be contributing to the overall shit feeling i experience nearly every day, and the headache and rundown feeling i get shortly after fapping.

It's so tempting, and i've tried to stop in the past, just for fun, but i couldn't lol. I even fapped when i had poison ivy on my right hand (carefully, and nothing touched).

I remember i used to have a go every 3 days. Ahh, i remember those days. I thought i might break something if i did it too often.

Then it was more often, last i recall is once a day. I topped out at 2 a day, sometimes 3.

If i make it to maybe..... a week, it will be the longest i've gone in over 3 years.

But this thread is also to keep a log of my sober days.

So far, its been a successful day!

From yesterday at about 6pm (thank you nicole ).

God its a hard addiction to break. Not like i really have any other addictions to go by, i dont smoke or drink... lol.
