And the quality is way too horrible for it to be a security camera from across the street. Also the reaction of the people looking are too calm. Most likely something set up and someone decided to record it with their camera phone.
I think that was a car commercial. I'm not sure why it looks like crap, maybe recorded by an onlookers cell phone or something.
