So the benchmarks are "How that guy felt out of five" no exact numbers?
What a load of fucking bull. You can't make a serious test from a score out of five. You can obviously tell he has a boner for XP and hates 7. I want Install time in minutes, boot time in minutes/seconds, game performance in FPS. Not this five star shit.
I can't boot from xp anymore, at the boot screen it says:Windows 7, or older version of windows and if I click older version of windows it just sits at a black screen
can anyone help me out here?CosmoKramer wrote:

While I agree that he should have given exact numbers at some point, the 1-5 graph more concisely compares the OSs since that is the goal. The 1-5's are based on placing, not subjective "feel."Article wrote:
The scoring for each of the tests is simple. The winning OS scores 1, the runner ups 2, 3 and 4 respectively and the loser scores a 5. The scores are added up and the OS with the lowest score at the end wins.

Windows 7 Starter Won't Even Let you Change Desktop Wallpaper
According to a recent Windows Team Blog Post, the ability to change desktop wallpaper will not be available in the Windows 7 Starter version. On the bright side, however, the original plan was to have a maximum of up to three simultaneous applications running at the same time (excluding background processes). This limitation has been lifted, allowing users to run as many applications as they like.
Nice.
I will download ultimate then...

As long as they don't make the default one of those fucking LSD trippy ones then I don't think many people would care about the wallpaper..Sup wrote:
