The situational-comedy is so much better, the themed-scenes are awesome, and the general direction and rookiness of it all makes it fucking fan-taaaas-tic. Accusing it of being worse than the sequel because it was filmed in black and white is the dumbest fucking comment I have ever seen... the film was shot on a miniscule budget!

Too closed minded to watch black and white films? Your loss. Some of the greatest films ever are in black and white - Dr Strangelove, for example.
I vaguely remember Clerks 2 though remember that Rosario Dawson looked bangable. Kevin Smith is an awesome dude so I will see it again.
I can't say that i'm a huge fan of black and white films, but Clerks has to be one of my favourite movies of all time. Dr Strangelove is also incredible, although that could just be because i'm a huge Peter Sellers fan.
But discounting a film because it's in black and white is so incredibly retarded. I remember pitying people who disliked Sin City because it was in black and white. You just know that they completely missed the point.
But Clerks 2 was and is an awesome film. Not as good as the first but a worthy sequel in my opinion.

Who fucking cares if its black and white, brown and green, or various shade or orange? Really doesn't affect whats in the movie.

Random trivia: licensing the rights to use the backing music on Clerks cost more than the entire production charges of the movie altogether. Awesome, rookie as hell. Even the acting is sketchy because some of the group are so young in their careers, but it's still absolutely golden.
