This really does piss me off. This no integrity murderer thinks he will plead the 5th, and bankrupt the company so it does not have to pay.

What a piece of shit this guy is. No remorse, no integrity, no accountability, assumes no responsibility. and probably will never see a prison cell. I bet he sleeps at night

I work in a food plant.  How this was handled is just crazy.  The whole management team has to be screwed up.  Any one person there could have prevented this.

If this was China, he would have been tied to a post and shot.

That's exactly what happened to those responsible for the tainted milk.

Summary executions.

the point being, this guy is simply gunna walk away from this with out any compensation to these families. Even if he went to jail, it will not be ass pounding prison at all, it will be some sort of minimum security bullshit prison. This guy is a murderer. At the very least he is guilty of man-slaughter, and he will not be punished.

It is apalling, given the emails that holds all the evidence needed against him, that he has not even been arrested to date. Free to flee the country anytime. I am guessing he has the money to do so.

More like give them a fair trial

You forgot this is America, not a totalitarian fascist state like ooo say all those Commi's over in the east

but ya his own personal account should be emptied out and paid to the families of people who died (and the ones that are still living, too!)

Blood justice works pretty well when the system fails to enact its own.

First, Bernie Madoff, and then this guy.

Sometimes, your only option for holding corporate scumbags accountable is with a sniper rifle.

As is the cost of freedom.

Thanks to this lovely thing we have called capitalism, occurrences like this are bound to happen. Some people will be hurt or killed and some will profit but in the end to protect the system some lives must be sacrificed.

Nice try, this has nothing to do with capitalism, this was a crime. Agaimst the law, yeah even in our society.

I guess next you will say, thanks to this lovely thing we have called freedom, people get murdered.

Rediculous.

Mac would actually have a better point if he mentioned that corporate criminals typically get lighter sentences than violent criminals, despite the fact that corporate crime is often more detrimental to society than most single violent acts.

That's not the fault of capitalism, but it shows you a major flaw in our justice system.

Once again, this crime has nothing to do with capitalism. There arre laws, standards in place. HE broke them, this is a crime, not a flaw in our society.

The flaw in our society comes about because this guy is not in jail right now, awaiting his murder trial. It is legal flaw, not an economic flaw.

Laws that protect citizens from outside influences are acceptble.

Laws that "protect" citizens from our own decisions in favor of what thr govt. says is best for us, then takes our money to impliment it, is not acceptable.

Know the difference.

Surely if people make shitty disease ridden food then people can choose not to buy it. Let the market decide.

The FDA is going to spend $2.4 billion of your dollars this year controlling what you can and can't consume.

I'm glad that you're starting to accept socialism Lowing.
