Fallout 3.
Best dedicated single player in a long while.

Wasn't expecting much from the SP, but I was pleasantly surprised!

It's a mixed bag, but from what little I've seen (and played elsewhere), I'd say Fallout 3. I like the style, but nothing really boots you on. I spent the first 20 hours in Oblivion at level one spamming skills, quests and getting wealth. If my character fell asleep, I have a feeling he'd transcend material existence and become a pure energy life-form. I think FO3 will be much the same for me when I can justify running it.

FC2 and COD: WaW are the only two of those I have, but although I like FC2, COD: WaW is more intense
