lambics are good too. i know there are some with cherries, raspberries, peaches, all kinds of different combos. watch the prices though, they are usually expensive.menzo wrote:

Epic Armageddon IPA. 6.66%, a grand total of 42 hops per 500ml bottle, (a standard 330ml bottle of beer from most breweries has about one hop per bottle.)
Golden red colour, very very strong floral and citrus aromas, VERY powerful hoppy taste that's kind of a resiny tang. Altogether a fantastic beer for everyone but people who can't handle anything more stong-tasting than a standard lager. - 9.5/10
In my opinion it's still not as good as Epic's last seasonal release "Epic Mayhem", (6.2%, 26 hops per bottle,) which still ranks with my top beers. That's pretty much the only reason for the .5 point reduction.

Last night I bought a Miller Lite Home Draft system. I don't usually drink Miller Lite, but the home draft is good and the system is pretty slick. They also make a Coors version. If you want draft beer at home give it a try.
Pro's:
It's a cool idea
It tastes great

I have a kegerator at my house that sits empty. In fact I just remembered that we got a keg for SuperBowl and didn't even use the kegerator. But seeing your homedraft (which essentially just looks like a shitty tap with a couple gallons of booze?) reminded me of it. I really need to get it cleaned out and back to functioning mode.
I wonder if you can reuse the tap and/or refill the jug with some choice alcomohol?

Its 1.5 gallons and yes its a cheap, although should be cheaper, one time use item.
Not sure if you can refill it or not. I'll look at it closer this weekend and maybe shoot some pics. It takes a CO2 cartridge, but not sure if its a standard size.

All beer, imho, is <4/10 at all times.
I had one the other night, it seemed alright for beer actually... cant remember what it was though. So it gets a 3 for being consumable, to an extent.
Usually, for beer, Id go for James Boag or Heineken.

Just keep drinking more beer and different kinds of beer to develop a taste for it. My revelatory moment came when I could tell the difference between Newcastle and Dos Equis 
tbh I was disappoint.
