Basically, Rosewill sucks.

It is not considered a trusted brand, and it's not worth the money. You may think it's cheap now, but wait till it can't run beefier components because its specs aren't true, or wait till it implodes and fries shit...then it won't be so cheap.

Sure, it "may work", but that doesn't make it good.

please don't start saving money by playing hard six with the wattages... That is the worst mistake you can do. I don't want u to come here crying how it doesn't work well or breaks something in few months just because u decided to save 20 bucks on PSU....

For HD 4870 CF I recommend at least the Corsair 520HX.

Yeah, it's pretty good.
