doesnt make sence... he thinks there are enemies, one nade wont kill them maybe two or three will... spam is when u play ea ranked public and there is guy standing behind wall and throwing nades randomly just because he sometimes gets the kill.

Throwing four grenades randomly in the general direction of the enemy hoping to score some cheap kills = spamming, which is skill less.
