Coulda guessed that, to be honest, the game seems to be almost entirely integrated with Steam... minus the achievements.

Yah, same thing with FEAR 2.

It's a good and relatively hassle-free way of going about anti-piracy... but it sucks when the Steam servers get too busy to validate or install your game.

I got screwed a round a little with spore like that. But having a steam validation isn't too big an issue I guess. Just sucks if you've got the game early I suppose.

I could have guessed the MP part of the game was blocked until 3rd but that the other functions was blocked was a downer ... oh well, just a week to wait ...

Theres no more crusading or jihading but I think religion is still there for the order aspect.

I say good ridance. Keeping the pope happy was fucking annoying.
