Power went out at 7pm last night, till roughly 4am this morning, no backup source of heat. Just threw an extra blanket or 2 on the bed.
I went out several times last night to smoke, man, tree branches were snapping left and right, actually a pretty cool sound.
Anyway, here are some pics from our part of the storm.
Working retail sucks, the effing mall is open. I guess I get to go shovel the drive and head to work shortly

It snowed for about 10 minutes on Thursday ... about 2cm of snow stuck and most of it's still there, and the roads are caked in ice. I'm just glad it didn't snow more or we wouldn't be able to move for chavs throwing snowballs
