Bloody Hell, some people will go to ridiculous lengths to ensure that Obama doesn't get in office.

An appeal claiming Barack Obama is too British to become president of the United States has been rejected by the US Supreme Court.

Here is the reasoning behind the appeal ... just lol.

Obama is a natural born citizen of the USA. He was born with dual citizenship, USA and British, unless he has renounced his British citizenship or did not meet some qualifier such as the US has.

Everyone born in the USA is a citizen irrespective of their parent's status. In addition a child inherits the citizenship of their parent(s). Thus a person can be a citizen of multiple countries. Of course a person can alway renounce citizenship.

A foreign born child of a US citizen must assert their US citizenship by entering the USA prior to their 18th birthday. If they do not, they lose their automatic claim to US citizenship.
