I've been on and off with MTG over the decades though. My most recent stint was starting from Scars of Mirrodin and playing all the way to Avacyn Restored. I stopped after that (again). MTG gets expensive...

Yeah, there were a few archetypes recently that did black life drain (I think they were called Extort decks or something). Red-Black burn hasn't really become popular of recent. I think Mono-Red Goblins was the way to go but I don't follow it anymore so yeah...Macbeth wrote:
