The 250 GTO is far and away the most beautiful car in this thread - although that Stingray is extremely pretty.
I've got a bit of a thing for box shaped 80's sports cars, which is why I'm such a fan of the F40 (though it's clearly not as stunning as the 250 GTO, it has it's own special charm).
There are some gorgeous classic Alfas too. The GTA models between 1960-70 were nice, and this is just gorgeous:
Then there are loads of lovely cars that haven't been touched on - old Jags, for starters - the D and E types were super pretty. The AC Cobra is another one that immediately springs to mind.
