Q : Why can't I watch your videos from outside the U.S.?
For now, Hulu is a U.S. service only. That said, our intention is to make Hulu's growing content lineup available worldwide. Surely it just shows what Texas is like for those people that live in a town with under 1000 residents? Life for the majority of Texans has got to be exactly the same as life for anyone else living in a big city anywhere else in the world.

That was my point to some degree. Even in a small town you can see that it's very similar to living anywhere else, with modern technologies and such...at one part there's the typical "cowboy" in boots, blue jeans, and cowboy hat breaking a horse just like you think one would have in the wild west...then he gets a call from his buddy and pulls his cell phone out of his pocket.

Yes as a matter of fact. I somewhat arbitrarily hate people who reside in geographically locations different to the one that I reside in.
