P.S. whoever gave me my last karma: main reason I added 2 eggs is because that's been my meal replacement for the last couple days since I had my wisdom teeth pulled. Gotta get protein from somewhere.

Raw eggs are useless. Eggs have to be cooked for the protein to be 'activated' and useable for the body.

The rest sounds pretty awesome, maybe stick in some raw oats for fibre.
