So yeah, I got robbed today at work. I'm a lifeguard and I put my bag in the break room and somebody came in and walked off with it and about $500 worth of stuff.

Things I lost:
digital camera
cell phone
$30 cash
Camelback
some medical gear

for those of you who haven't been robbed you're very lucky. statistics say that odds are you lost the things will never be recovered. you will feel very violated, Its a major violation of privacy its very disturbing and scary.

who else here has been robbed?

I've been robbed. It's annoying as fuck when it's when you don't who did it. Someone stole my phone at a party when I was too wasted to care.

Someone also tried to mug me in a real mugging, where they confront you. Was also for my phone again lol. Never got it though.

the pool I work at has bad visibility. there's a glass brick wall blocking the front entrance and the pool that you can't see through and then the door to the staff room has frosted glass that you can't see through
