My BF2 account name is TJ_Houshmandzedah. I have the basic and veteran knife badges, and it say's all I need is 100 overall kills with the knife and I should be awarded the expert knife badge. I have about 106 overall knife kills, but I still don't have the expert knife badge. What gives?

I got most of my 18 kills spawnraping the two story building at the mosque at masthuur, the rest from running around and stabbing people around me.
Was a full 64 player server with vehicles.

Are you sure you have your basic and veteran knife badges?
Is playing on knife-only, infantry city maps illegal? What about pistol-only?
Any kind of server where they, the admins, hinder the player's ability to play the game is considered an ROE Violation.
It's also alled statpadding where the player indtentially plays to better their stats.
Usually the servers that restrict the use of weapons, commander actions, certain vehicles on a vehicle enabled map... etc etc, are the ones you should avoid.
I don't think EA/dice really cares much about bf2 stats anymore since they have other more important projects.
However, if you go to one of those servers and your account gets reset just don't come crying here.

If everyone on a server decides to use knife only, but nobody disallows the usage of normal weapons, it's not a violation of the RoE
Knife only servers are not a legal setup, however BFROE have decided some time ago that no longer would use resources persuing those that did.
Inf only citymaps is a possible server setup thus not illegal according to BFROE.
