Site to host recording: I'm not sure if it's possible to stream it live to a site, but someone can record the whole thing and upload it to any file hosting site when it's over (i.e the guy who will moderate).
Instructions for participants:
1. Go to http://www.goteamspeak.com/?page=downloads
2. Download & Install the Teamspeak 2 Client (2.0.32.60)
3. Once installed click Connections, then Connect.
4. Fill in the details as shown, change the Nickname to your name and make sure Anonymous is selected, NOT Registered. Password is bf2s (all lowercase)
5. Go into Settings - Sound Input/Output Settings
6. Select Push to talk and set a key.
7. To check your mic works and is loud enough set the test codec to 25.9 Kbit and then click Activate Local Test mode, say something and you should hear yourself, if you can't your mic isn't set up properly.
