I love music. I love writing music. I love listening to music. I love playing music. Music to me is very powerful. I find it can change my emotion from time to time by cheering me up or getting me down. I listen to music everywhere. The first program I load up on my PC is iTunes and I bring my iPod everywhere.

What about you guys. How important is music to you and how often do you listen.

I listen to music everyday, as much as I can. I want to be a music producer, so you can say music is my passion. I haven't played in a long while, but that's down to laziness. I pretty much listen to music all the time, apart from when I'm gaming or out with my mates. And sometimes my headphones will start to hurt my ears, so I have to stop then too, but that's because I have to, not want to +1 to another music fanatic

I love good quality music too. I've spend 1000€ of Euros for audio equipment. Music everywhere: bedroom, PC room, bathroom, car, living room, outside (wireless Sennheiser headphones)

Considering I just bought a $300 iPhone mainly for the music space...dunno.

You should talk to Zimmer. I had a huge discussion with him yesterday about song bitrates. He's a gigantic music nerd, or "audiophile" as he puts it.

I think its a moot point, because even if I don't have music I usually have something in my head.

I took a hiking class a few summers ago... We brought an iPod, and some headphones that go loud enough to basically use as speakers.

Not very along at all, it's the thing that first wakes me up, and probably the last thing i hear before I go to bed. I'd just get bored without something to listen to, whatever I do anything 9 times out of ten I'm listening to music.
