Yeah but with bball, there are just too many games to make them special until the play offs come around. That was one of the best things about the NFL. Like 20 games for the giants, always with a great atmosphere cos everyone knew every game was important. Basketball sees a lot of the games not really mattering.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

nba does have more action than the nfl in terms of pure minutes, but its so boring. soccer is like nba, but better. both pale in comparison to nfl (or college football, which is more entertaining).
nba is like constantly drinking keystone light throughout a night.
soccer is like upgrading to something decent like hoegaarden and still drinking in prodigious quantities (unless its serie a which is acting not sport)
nfl/college football is like sipping 2 or 3 top tier ales throughout a night and being fully satisfied at their sublime quality despite the lack of inebriation.

College is worse than the nfl because the overall talent is worse. That goes for college bball too. Sure, the unconventional play is exciting and something that is more or less missing from the pro game, but I think the nfl is slowly coming around in that regard too.
