What the eff? My wife and I went out last night to run a few errands and to grab some dinner. We figured we would take advantage of having a sitter so our first trip was to the mall. She is looking at dresses for a wedding we have to go to so I decide to salvage any manhood I have left and go find something else to do. I go up the escalator in Macy's to head for Sears and I walk by some gay man's make up hoopty with techno music blaring watching guys trim their fucking eye brows and get into the main part of the mall. I'm passing stores giving them a quick glance, Gap Eew), Abercrombie & Fitch (fags), Orange Julious stand (one please), Victoria Secrets ( I'd bang some of the manaquins), Sports Memorabilia store (she will kill me), and then I see a shoe store. Hmmm. I think I will buy a new pair of sneakers .I mean I have a few pairs of ratty old Nike's I wear to the gym and I usually wear dress shoes for work, boots in the yard, casual shoes when we go out so I am going to treat myself to some sneaks. What the fuck? What is with the sneakers these days? I don't want some stupid design on it and I certainly dont want a pair of velcro fuckin moon boots with neon green laces. Anyways, I bought a pair of plain K-Swiss shoes. I would take a picture and post them but her sister borrowed our dig cam and most importantly nobody probably friggin cares. Here is a pic I got online, what do you wear?

I like you.

I wear New Balance. I got the same pair for about 3 years (growing feet ya know) and loved them for their moderate ankle support, good traction, decent water proofing for a tennis shoe, and they held up well. They stopped making that model of course, and this last pair of the closest thing I could get to the last model was slipping all around crawling on some dusty rocks (forget mud), soaked my socks after an extremely mild splash in a lake, and tore in less than three weeks of moderate use.

I am disappointed.

My favorite pair ever were:

-A pair of Adidas Supernova, in a green/white scheme... they were fucking awesome, but I outgrew them and my old dog liked to chew them
-A pair of Adidas Adicolor Superstars... it was cool cause you could switch out different colored stripes for the sides, but eventually the stripes were breaking and I got new Superstars (plain old white with black stripes)

Now I have the aforementioned Superstars and some other adidas running shoes. Kmar, what's that shoe you posted? Looks like a Nike

My normal shoes are some low-top chuck or a brown w/ pinstripe converse slip on. Running shoes are a pair of Adidas Supernovas (way too worn out though, I need to throw them away some day or something) and Nike Air Max Moto.

Honestly, Adidas is a better fit for me when running. All of the Nike running shoes I had split on the sides (the mesh), while my Supernovas stayed intact. I do have to say that Nikes are much much lighter though.

Jesus Christ, Im wearing some Adidas and they are 3 pounds each. Felt light as hell when I wore them, but I changed 6 pounds with them on and off..

What is that specific model and how much did you pay for them? Cause, unless my brain is tricking me, I could've sworn my Adidas shoes were heaaaavy compared to my Nikes because it had so much more padding + cushion.

I'll have to see if I can find the model. They are freakishly light and offer surprisingly decent support.

Like I said, they breathe. look at the light coming through.
