We have a seatbelt law in Florida. That infringes upon my rights, their uncomfortable and I don't like wearing them, I don't want to wear them. And there hasn't always been a seatbelt law, but there is now.
I break the law; I don't wear them - and I am subject to a fine if caught.
Now with regards to this useless-fat (trans-fat) guess what If you can find some - eat it and die - no fine for you if caught.
