You seem to have forgotten the SF unlocks... My vote is for the G36E despite the fact that it isn't on your list.

Compared to the standard weapon choices, the DAO wins hands-down. Overwise I have to pick the G36C (Since G36e isn't on there :S)

As I was on the 1.02 patch for a very long time, (until the 1.12 patch came out,) I only had the M95, and grew to like it. However, now I am disapointed in it, (I'll wait until the new patch where they say they're improving it.) I was thrilled with my G36C, and when I got the G36E it sweetened the deal.
So in answer to your question, I don't know. I find different uses for different guns. If one gun isn't working for me, I try abother one. Sometimes it can be just bad juju.

the sf weapons are better (buy it)
I don't know if it's the best unlock or not, but for anyone that plays as Anti-Tank, the DAO-12 is a necessary upgrade as the default weapons blow.
Hmm,my favorite unlock is the G36E from SF for the medic,in vanilla BF2 I'd say it's the G36C,nearly as accurate as a sniperrifle,although that's not the gun I prefer.
A must-have unlock is definetely the DAO-12 for the AT-class,the poor bastard who tries to go toe to toe with you in close-combat is soooooooo f-ed in the A. ;-D

i think the g3 and m95 were a waste of unlocks, the only thing the g3 is good for is getting the f2000, and if they make a good new sniper unlock the m95 would have the same reason. but the m24 and m95 still take 2 hits to kill a player and i think m24 is much more accurate
