i dont understand the point of the recon choppers.i mean wont they be at the bottom of the food chain of bf2?and nobody would get in from lack of points as theirs no real weapons on it.

i think the recon choppers can laser designate tanks for A10 or somwthing?

This is another baby-expansion. They're calling it a "Booster pack". It's only $10, download only (no CDs) and you get 3 maps a new army with new weapons, a new medal to go with that army, and obviously new vehicles... There are actually 2 boosters scheduled. This one (Armored Fury) is slated for release towards the end of March. The other one is Euro Force and comes out at the beginning of Feb.monkeyhunkeytunkey wrote:

The full set of images are Su-25 Frogfoot, Harrier (probably the AV-8B or AV-8C model), Mirage F.1 or Kfir?, Lynx, and the A-10 Warthog or Thunderbolt II?

im pretty sure spec forces download was xp only, will this one be?
And I don't think that EA/Activision would be able to resist using a popular helicopter such as the Lynx, that everybody knows of. Hell, if EA/Activision wanted realism, the USMC would have Sheridans and a ton of different armor types. And LAV's would be an ingame AA platform too, but not many know how many different variants there are.
:EDIT: Never mind, I just realized that the Chinese wouldn't have gotten a ground attack plane if it was the Mirage. Nice spotting the plane type there. I haven't read up on the Fantan in quite some time.
