The wicker man was one of the worst movies of recent time. Honestly if it wasn't for kick-ass nicholas cage would be in the streets
I liked The Rock tbhAries_37 wrote:

I love the fact I live in a country too small to make it worthwhile for companies to translate the movies... I just can't stand when movies don't use their original voices... I would rather watch TAXI or some other movie in it's original language (French) and read subs, than hear English speech completely out of sync with the actors...Shahter wrote:

+ it (reading) will help you learn .. assuming you study a second language. Dubs are rarely good .. in my experience.FloppY_ wrote:

Secretariat - 7/10 for racing films.
The characters are a bit more one-dimensional than shown in Seabiscuit. Other than that, the lack of surprises was completely expected.

Yet here the internet is, playing NOT THE BEES all over the place. Nicholas Cage is one of the best over-actors of our time.Aries_37 wrote:

Black Swan - 9/10
Really enjoyed this one, I honestly thought I would fall asleep to any movie about ballet but it was surprisingly captivating. Having a solo Natalie Portman in bed and a Mila Kunis + Portman scene helped with that a little I suppose... The movie itself had great gripping moments almost throughout the movie. I really enjoyed the transformation from the innocent white swan to the dark and mysterious black swan. And the way they did the final play with the swapping personalities when changing costumes was incredible. The only thing I really didnt like about the movie was the way the camera followed Portman's head throughout the movie and looked like it was being filmed by a guy with Parkinsons while running. Seriously, even Cloverfield didnt have that bad of shaky cam

" Beauty and the Beast " 9 times this weekend alone... God help me.
Tru dat. I got my english skills as a kid from music lyrics, TV and computer games. Had to sit usually with a dictionary when playing something like Maniac Mansion on C64. "Come here and I'll throw you in the prison". Prison? *pause game* Guys anyone know what that is? Bring the book! Prison.. prison..prison.. Ohhhh, prison. RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!1 Nowadays everything is dubbed which is wrong imo. I have Das Boot on dvd and the original German soundtrack is Stereo whilst the dubbed English version is 5.1 Stupid.Kmar wrote:
