That's the problem with these internats, you can't tell who is legit and who's bullshitting (kinda like on 4chan where it's generally assumed nobody actually has a girlfriend).
All I know is when I was 10 - 12 or 13 I did 80 situps a night, which isn't many I know, but I was only small. I got a nice strong sixpack and when I got bored of it I stopped doing situps. I haven't done any in a long time but I still have a strong sixpack although it only shows if I tense the muscles due to too many mcdonalds. But even after all this time with no warmup or preperation I did 65 situps before I felt the strain.DesertFox- wrote:

I was pissed off that I came in reasonably and answered the thread - then suddenly the thread got bombarded by fucking spanners who would just go against any number that was too high for them and was seen as impossible!!!

When I was in Oxford I tried doing 100 but I had to take long 3 breaks in between..bear in mind these were proper push-ups with arms wide apart and chest touching the floor..
I used to be very fit before I took IB when I played football at a very high level for my age..two years of constant work and sitting on my ass due to exhaustion has definitely taken it's toll on my body..I've been trying to get back into shape lately and been playing football every second day for 2 hours with some mates..BUT I drink too much beer to re-gain the six pack I once had..
