Just started today. It says 'starting connection', but just sits there. I tried the following:

Manual port forward - no success
Removing then adding it to the list of Windows Firewall exceptions - no success
Downloaded the latest version - no success
Read the help guide and did everything it told me to - no success

How do I fix it?

i had the same problem. I just messed around with it, tried reinstalling, installing an older version. Check your anti virus list of exceptions too and try turning off the windows firewall.  Don't know what really fixed it, just play around with it.

Why waste time obtain music legally when it takes me 90secs to DL a track and its free.

I even turned my firewall off and it still won't connect.

Use Frostwire its exactly the same but better!! Same network, same interface! Search it
