With so much stuff using the internet, what does your network look like??

Btw, I used, http://www.gliffy.com/gliffy/#reg=1, to make the diagram.

Nice. I got the internet connected to my router of course followed by 2 computers/ can be 3 on the 3rd story. I also have a 50foot cat5 wire that goes down to the basement where my 360 is connected. I thought about going wireless for the 360 but I didn't feel like dropping 100 bucks on that thing when I got the 50 foot cable for free.

Edit: I'll post a pic later my putfile is messed up at the moment.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

PC - Connected to Wireless Router/Modem, but using Ethernet instead of wireless

Laptop - Wireless
PS3 - Wireless

Easy stuff. The PC obviously gets the best connection with the ethernet, but the wireless holds it's own pretty well. I play online lag-free with the PS3

I put mostly all of this together, and i have no idea how it all works. Witchcraft and Wizardry i say. Should be burnt at the stake tbh.
