You can only try to keep away.

The difficulty is in not buying a pack when drunk.
If the women don't find ya handsome. They should at least find ya handy.
I stopped smoking last October and have since then only smoked a few cigarillos at my Christmas party and on New Year's Eve.
I don't feel the need for a cigarette at all anymore, not even when someone is smoking next to me.
I think what really helped was that the last smoker at work left the company, and after that I didn't bother going outside for a smoke anymore.
Over the months, I smoked less and less at home too, and one day I simply didn't bother for the cigarette on the way to the bus anymore.
For me it was a nasty combination of silly daily routines, and social habits around friends.
Also, I always smoked hand-rolled cigarettes, which drastically reduces the amount and ease.

i think i've hit what may be my first smoking problems
back of throat feels really dry - swallowing/drinks dosen't help make it any less dry
however it may be because i was smoking these black and gold nat sherman cigarettes.. which may not of even been cigarettes, but mini-cigars. perhaps it was the charcoal filter..
ow

Once you quit for a considerable period of time it is easy to stay "quitted" cause your realize how much they smell like shit and taste like shit when you don't smoke them everyday.
God help me
i had a cigar Sunday, a delicate puerto rican petit corona, and i could still feel the smoke swirling in my lungs and would kill a man right now for standing between me and another . .. .

I don't smoke, though I have smoked cigars.
