Kinda long story but here goes...

I played basketball all through high school until my senior year. By then drugs and music were just more fun, haha. Anyways, the guys on the team were all very close friends of mine.

Fast forward to me on a certain (unnamed) hard drug. Me and my "bad" friends were frying and went to the game to watch my team play our cross town rivals. The game is going on as normal, I am enjoying looking around and watching faces melt all around me. Good times...

Then my school's team wins, on a last second shot by one of my best friends. We were in a tiny high school gymnasium, maybe 500 people in attendance. No one can believe it, until they look down on the court and see one guy (ME), running around all the players screaming like the Bulls won the NBA championship at the United Center. Funny part is, I was the only one to storm the court. Apparently to everyone else this was just a normal win; worth a holler and a couple claps. All my friends who played on the team noticed my obvious change in mental status and all just froze and looked at me like I was crazy, which at the moment I was.

Long story short, I get home that night still waxed out of my mind, to see my mom and her adult friends watching the local news and seeing my face all over it. Every week the news would be filming at one of the local school's games, and tonight they were at ours. I believe the headline was "Local Boy EXTREMELY Excited After Crosstown Win"
