Age of Conan is apparently awesome according to my friends who play it (two of them are ex WoW players).
If you like Lord of the Rings, Lord of the Rings: Online is pretty good. Although it lacks endgame content compared to WoW (and is predominantly PvE, although has a small PvP element).

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 isn't too shabby for an action tactical shooter, plus the online is pretty fun.
