So I figured it was time to get myself a new PC now that BF3 is coming out, while I'm fairly confident I'll be able to run everything on Ultra I would like to know if this sort of setup will be able to sit at ~40-60fps even during the most hectic combat (within reason of course).

Intel Core i5-2500k + Noctua NH-D14 (been a while since I've messed with overclocking but I figure I can push this to 4.8 at the very least)

That was most likely because I was thinking about the rest of the hardware in that setup and got my main storage drive mixed up with the SSD.
