Bought an HTC Magic today. Changed contracts and used my bonus points and only had to pay €19 instead of €49. Not bad, huh? The K550i next to it is my old phone (also only like 2 years old).

I got myself a Lo-Fi pocket camcorder for filming random drunken events, longboarding vids etc. for shits 'n giggles. At € 49, I didn't see any point in investing € 180 for a HD-version, especially when I'm probably going to punish it pretty much.
It seems like a fun, lightweight toy, and has a capacity to only film 1h of 640x480-video (lolres) on its 2Gb drive. Good enough for Youtube.

I read an article in Wired USA recently (the one with Craig Newmark on the cover) that was all about "good enough tech" like netbooks and such video cameras. Interesting how cheap tech is getting and in some cases how much quality you can get at the same time.

Finally everything is up and folding. Getting the Q9550 stable @ 4GHz was a bit of a pain, yay for P5Q dlx FSB issues
The E8400 @ 4GHz is nice and cool with it's new heatsink. Haven't gotten around to OCing the E5200 on the new P5QL Pro, but I already know that it's also capable of 4GHz in a vanilla P5Q. The QL should also handle those clocks
I really like the Antec VSK2000. Nice to work with, no sharp edges, well built, loads of space (9800GX2 fits easily), good airflow, cheap and even looks decent.

Bought an OCZ Vendetta 2 cooler for my q9400...
hasn't gone above 40 degrees rendering a 3d file...lol
The stock heatsink and fan were ok... but the temps would get up to 60 when rendering... which isn't super bad... but the OCZ looked cool in the store...
