Need help (cleaning car interior)

So I just bought my car this monday, I've been cleaning it up inside and outside and doing some repairs too. So the person who had the car before me had two kids, both <5 years in age...

So as you can imagine the interior is full of crap encrusted in the seats, floors, and even the roof... I have no idea on how to clean it. There is most likely grape juice, crayon marks, dirt, winter salt, rust on the floor, etc.

I need your help to clean this up. what to use and how. I don't want to fuck it up more than it already is.

leather seats and plastic bits should be pretty easy to clean with the same stuff you use to clean windows

I use a karcher carpet cleaner for the seats, works a treat

Get some material cleaner for the seats and a dash cleaner for the plastic bits (try not to get the dash cleaner on the steering wheel)
