ok, all nations have their twats, UK, America, Australia, all of them, but why did all of America's twats decide to group together and all get Xbox 360s and not let any other Americans have them? seriously, every American i hear talk is a racist arrogant cunt to be honest, and dont get me wrong, i know most Americans are nice guys, like the vast majority of americans on here, it just seems that all the ones who get Xboxs are people who finally have the confidence to be a twat hiding behind a gamertag.

I find Germans are the worst. But I think you have been unlucky; it's balanced out ( well, to some extent, US is larger than most other countries ).

everything youve said is true, i guess it varies experience wise person to person arrogance and racism really piss me off and i see it most on XBL from americans but i know it comes equally from everyone, just bad experiences for me

edit: americans are the only people i ever find who will have ago at me for my nationality regardless of no previous conversing or provoking at all though

Everyone is an absolute twat over XBL. That's just how you play when you're on there. When you're at the top of the leaderboard, you gloat like no tomorrow. When you aren't, you sulk and stay quiet. If you aren't reminding your team that you are in fact the best sniper ever to grace Gears of War every five seconds, you aren't enjoying XBL to its full potential.

combine this with general American stupidity, and anger at a video game, and you get this...

And parents here get their 11 year old kids M rated games.

I don't even bother with in game chat or a headset, due to the sheer idiocy of most kids playing...

One argument that I have heard that *kinda* make sense is that since xbox is the cheaper of the two, when ever a kid bugs his parent for video games they are more likely to get them an Xbox.

Seem kinda weird but honestly as a parent who could care less about video games, and grew up seeing consoles like nes and the like they seem outrageously expensive, but to shut up their kids they give in and go as cheap as possible.

Anyone on here "nicer" on other more mature forums, or even in other sections? People often sink down to the level that acceptable/"fit in with crowds"

Also internet anonymity mixed with competition.
